Each blank was measured and drilled before inserting a brass tube. They were then trued on each end before being placed on my Rikon midi-lathe for the shaping using various chisels.

When the desired shape was achieved I then took them through a multi-stage sanding process finishing with nine steps of micro-mesh, followed by a multi step polishing with boiled Linseed oil and medium Cyanoacrylate then thin Cyanoacrylate finished off with Carnauba wax resulting in a hard durable finish.
