Fountain Pen Storage and Display Chests. H-24" x W-22 1/2" x D-1 1/2. A case with a glass top is hard to find. Especially one that is of such high quality. This did not fall off the assembly line, it has a hand crafted interior made to hold pens. This piece of furniture would look great in the office, den, living room, any where. If quality is important to you, go ahead and look at the others. Try to compare the mass produced pieces with this. Two different levels of quality and it is easy to tell which is which. This case was built for sale in the United States and Canada during the 60's or 70's out of quality solid Mahogany. All of the hardware is original. This beautiful piece of furniture was built to last generations. The exterior is protected with up to 15 layers of hand-applied polyurethane. This is a perfect example of mid-early 20. The custom-built interior is designed to safely store and display your valuable collection. It boasts a furniture grade faux suede material and the medallion in the padded interior cover is a semi-precious gemstone. This case is heirloom quality and was built to last for generations. If you are looking for a special case that is as distinctive as your collection - you have found it. I could not find a quality, attractive and functional pen chest at an affordable price so I make my own. Most of my cases are made from 30 to 100-year-old vintage and antique silverware storage chests. My goal is to offer some of the best cases available. I do that by controlling every step of the rebuilding process and doing all the work by hand.
